Definitions and Introduction

2.2 Account Creation Rules

• A maximum of one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Any changes to personal information must be reported to the platform promptly.
• The account must be held in the user's own name and may not be operated on behalf of another person.
• Third-party payment methods may not be used — the account holder and the owner of the payment method must be the same person.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdcko may initiate an identity verification process at any time in the interest of security and fraud prevention. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bdcko account. Please follow the guidelines below.

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out of your session after logging in from a public or shared device.
• bdcko will never ask for your password or full payment details via email or chat — treat any such request as fraud.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Three mobile banking methods are available for depositing funds on the bdcko platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳100.

• Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is added to the account quickly.
• The correct payment reference number must be used at the time of deposit.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted — the account holder and the owner of the payment method must be the same person.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during an investigation into suspicious activity.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdcko offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳5,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳6,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. This applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The portion of bets that count toward the requirement may vary depending on the specific game.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific conditions.
• Multiple bonuses may not be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• bdcko reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.

Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing games on the bdcko platform.

• The outcome of all games is determined by an accredited Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which is impartial and cannot be altered.
• If a game round is left incomplete due to a disconnection, the system will automatically confirm the result.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, bdcko will refund the wagered amount.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be treated as the definitive record.
• Betting limits vary by game — the specific betting limit for each game is displayed in the game interface.

6.1 Cricket and Sports Betting

Regularly updated markets are available in the sports betting section. All betting markets have their own rules. In the event of a match being cancelled, abandoned, or postponed, bdcko will refund the wagered amount or determine the result in accordance with its own policy.

Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bdcko platform. Breaching these prohibitions may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Abusing the bonus system or gaining an unfair advantage through misconduct.

• Using the platform for any form of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.

12.2 Closure by the User

Changes to Terms & Conditions
